Access to the Site implies prior reading and acceptance by User of these Terms of Use. The act of accessing and making use of the Site shall be understood as the expression of full and unconditional acceptance by User of the content of each and every one of these Terms of Use as they appear on the Site at the time of access. Where the User is not in agreement with the content of these Terms of Use, he or she must refrain from accessing the Site or operating through it.
HIC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time for legal or technical reasons, due to changes in applicable Laws, for reasons deriving from self-regulation and codes of conduct, or based on corporate strategy decisions. HIC will make every effort to communicate to these users changes through email communications or from the own platform at the time they occur. If – after the publication of changes to these Terms of Use – you continue using the Site, it will be understood that you have read and accepted said changes.
As User you hereby declare yourself to be of legal age and/or in possession of sufficient legal capacity to be bound by these General Conditions and to use and, where applicable, contract the Services offered via the Site. The User hereby expresses his or her full and unconditional acceptance that all access and use of the Site, its Services and its contents is made under his or her sole responsibility.
HIC provides the user with a full support service that will aim to offer the extent of its ability, high quality and service availability. Any doubt or question that may be generated in the interpretation of these legal terms, in navigation across the Site, or about the provision of services, may be communicated by phone or email.

2. Personal Data Protection
In compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights(Spanish abbr.: LOPDGDD), and of Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (Spanish abbr.: LSSI), User of the Site are informed of the following:
The personal information provided by User in order to use and access the Site will be recorded in databases owned by HIC (GESTION ACCESOS APLICACIONES HIC, FACTURACIÓN y ADMINISTRACIÓN DE CLIENTES) and HIC guarantees that any file containing such information are under their full responsibility and have been duly registered with the ‘Registro General de la Agencia Española de Proteccion de Datos’ (Spanish National Register for Data Protection). Files in order to manage the rights to login software applications, manage contacts and communications for sending inquiries relating to the activities and services of the organization that are of interest, and for the storage and processing of data billing of services.
User may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition to the processing of personal data under the terms and conditions provided in the LOPDGDD, including directing your signed copy of your ID (or passport, or driving license, etc.) to:

The User guarantees that the personal data provided to HIC are truthful and is responsible for communicating any changes thereto. HIC reserves the right to cancel User in the case of the use of false and/or incomplete data or in the case of being unable to verify data supplied by the User.
Health in Code informs Users that it will not consider as voluntary the disclosure of personal information with the purposes of invoicing the services provided; in order to complete the payment process, it will be necessary to provide information related to the identity, address and credit card information of the customer. (Credit card information will be recorded at database owned by Banco Santanter. HIC will not record credit card information at its database).
HIC may contact you in response to your comments or inquiries, or for any Service-related reason such as payment information, or an update on your order. In compliance with (LSSI), HIC will not use the personal information for additional purposes or share it with third parties, nor will personally identifying information be published on the Site.
3. Responsibility
HIC assumes no responsibility for damages to the User's software or hardware arising from access to the Site or from the use of the information or applications it contains. Likewise, the company does not assume any liability for and does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the Site or that the information is free of errors.
The Site has been reviewed and tested to work properly. However, the possibility of programming errors, or that arises due to force majeure, natural disasters, strikes or similar circumstances make it impossible to guarantee permanent access to the website.
4. Usage Restrictions
The User undertakes to make appropriate use of the content that HIC offers via the Site, including, but not limited to, refraining from (1) activities that are illicit, illegal or which contravene the content expressed in this Legal Notice or any other legislation that may be applicable; (2) causing damage to the hardware and software systems of the Site, its suppliers or third parties, introducing or disseminating, on the network, computer viruses or any other hardware or software susceptible of causing the aforementioned damage; and (3) attempting to gain access and, in that event, using the mail accounts of other User and modifying or manipulating their messages.
When you enter the Site, you are expressly authorized to see all of the information on the Site and to make copies of your information for personal use on your computer systems, provided that the said contents are for your exclusive use and are not subsequently passed on to third parties. Hence, (1) You are not entitled to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, transfer or publicly communicate information contained in the Site, except with the authorization of the holder of the rights thereof or in the event that such action be legally permitted. (2) You are not entitled to use the information contained in the Site for direct sales or for any type of commercial purpose, nor are you permitted to send unsolicited mails to number of individuals, regardless of the purpose, or to market said information in any way. 3) You are not entitled to delete, elude, or manipulate the copyright and other identification data relating to the rights of HIC, or to the incorporated holders of said rights, or the technical protection devices, digital fingerprints or any other means of protection. 4) You are not authorized to dismantle, decompile or invert the databases in which the Site information is stored.
For the purposes of these Terms of Use, force majeure shall be understood as, though not limited to, the following: (i) any non-culpable, unforeseeable event or event which, where foreseeable, is inevitable; (ii) errors in accessing the Site; (iii) errors in the electricity or telephone supply networks; (iv) damages caused by third parties or attacks on the Site’s server (viruses) which affect the quality of the Services and which are not attributable to either HIC or the User and (v) errors in the transfer, dissemination, storage or delivery to the databases and other contents of the Site. Anyway HEALTH IN CODE, S.L. ensures that attempt to solve these problems in the shortest possible time.
User is aware and voluntarily accepts that any content on this Site is to be accessed and used, with no exceptions, under their sole and exclusive responsibility. HIC reserves the right to unilaterally modify conditions, withdraw or refuse access to and use of the Site without prior warning.
5. Rights of Intellectual and/or industrial property
All of the contents of the Site (including, though not limited to, databases, images and photographs, patents, utility and industrial models, drawings, graphics, text, audio and video files and software) are the property of HIC or its content providers, where said content has have been subject to license or transfer by said providers and are protected by national or international rules on industrial and intellectual property.
HIC is the owner of all the Intellectual and Industrial Property rights to its web pages and the content. The User undertakes to respect HIC´s Intellectual and Industrial Property rights. The User hereby recognizes that the reproduction, distribution, sale, transformation and in general any other form of exploitation, by any means, of all or part of the contents of this Site will constitute a breach of the intellectual property and/or industrial rights of HIC or the title holder of the same.
The Company does not grant any license or authorization of use of any kind on its industrial and/or intellectual property or on any other property or right related to the Site, the services or the content.
Trademarks or any other type of distinctive signs contained in the Site are likewise protected by this legislation.
6. Applicable legislation and jurisdiction
The resolution of any dispute or issues related to this Site will be governed by Spanish legislation, with the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of A Coruña.
